Saint Paul Pioneer Press: Niska Hoping to Become Minnesota’s Top Lawyer

After a nearly a decade of private practice, Harry Niska is hoping to take his legal career public by becoming Minnesota’s top lawyer.
[Niska] said state attorneys general should be active in pushing back against federal government overreach. For instance, many Republican attorneys general sued the federal government over the individual mandate in President Obama’s Affordable Care Act. Niska said during that time, “Minnesota was totally inactive on any of these cases.”
