Ready to fight for our Anoka County values
Make Minnesota Free and Safe Again

I’ve lived almost my whole life in western Anoka County, my home.  Over and over, I’ve heard from my friends and neighbors that they expect a state government that keeps Minnesota free and safe, so Minnesota can prosper through the work of their families, businesses, and community groups.

Unfortunately, under the leadership of Tim Walz and his DFL allies, Minnesota has become less free. Instead of free speech and persuasion, too many leaders have resorted to government mandates and cancel culture. We have had too much government interference in our businesses, our schools, and our community groups, including in our churches. As a parent, a leader in my church, a business attorney, and a youth sports coach, I have seen first hand how difficult it is to deal with the constantly changing legal requirements imposed unilaterally by Governor Walz.

And Minnesota has become less safe. Violent crime that especially harms the most vulnerable. Riots that burned down struggling neighborhoods. And a continuing lack of legal protection for the most vulnerable lives: the unborn.

Since the new legislative maps were released, I have sensed a strong calling to step up and represent the place I’ve spent most of my life. House District 31A includes my childhood home in western Andover. It includes the vegetable farm where I had my first job bunching radishes for several summers. And the district encompasses the city of Ramsey, where Jen and I chose to raise our kids when I returned to Anoka County in 2009.

We have met many of you through our service in this community, through church, school, and youth sports. Now we believe it is time for me to serve this community in another way, to be our voice down in St. Paul.

So I am seeking the support of my friends and neighbors in Minnesota House District 31A. I hope to earn your support.

I need your help to win!
